Customers can purchase all the services of tour-booking and hotel-booking and other services directly with Viet Sail Travel via Email: info@vietsailtravel.com or via facsimile: +84-4 39351648. We will confirm all the requests from customers in one day.
PRICES & VALIDITY
All the rates available on our website are net in USD currency. The rate is applied for certain periods of time which are informed in each price list on our website. If your trip is not in those periods, please contact with us for a specific price list. In addition, with the program designed and priced according to your individual requirement, the price will be applied at the time you receive specific program and the invoice that we send you.
We commit to sell at the right price that we listed. If the price of the product increases because of the market or other reasons, we will still keep the price at the level as agreed in your travel program with the same service quality.
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT
A. Applied for Hotel Reservation only
All the hotel reservations are guaranteed with a deposit of 10% on the total booking cost or a minimum of US$ 50 for 01 people. And the deadline for the balance is 4 weeks (28 days) before the check- in date. Full payment will be required at the time of booking if the booking cost is less than $US 200 or if the booking date is less than 28 days before the check-in.
B. Applied for Tour Reservation
Tour reservations are guaranteed with a 10% deposit of the total booking cost, balance will be paid on the first day tourists arrive in Vietnam at the office of Viet Sail Travel or at their accommodation in Vietnam.

2. Payment by Credit Card with Authorization letter
Viet Travel Sail accept payments through Visa cards, Master Card. Please note that the credit card payment fee of 3% (Applied for Visa, MasterCard), 4% (Applied for American Express) will be paid by customers. Please follow the steps below to make the process of payment. When we receive information from the bank about the payment (deposit) having been completed, the accounting department of the Viet Sail Travel will send you the confirmation via fax or email.
Step 1: Print out the Form of Authorization letter (download form) with terms & conditions and fill out all required information.
Step 2: Please enclose: one copy paper of the credit card (both side) and one copy of the passport (first page) with identify and photo.
Step 3: When you arrive in Vietnam, we will send you a Letter of Approval. You please sign it to confirm that payment has been made in step 1 and step 2.

4. Payment by Cash, Traveler Cheques or Credit Card - (Applied if you are in Vietnam)
If you are in Vietnam, you can come to our office to settle the payment. Or our staff can come your office to do the contract/ issue the travel ticket and collect the money from you. If you are not in Hanoi, you can send money by post/ bank transfer

- Except for cash payment, bank fees must be paid by customers for traveler cheques (2.0% of expenses) and credit card (3.0 % of expenses).
CANCELLATION
All cancellation must be informed in writing either to: info@vietsailtravel.com by email or fax to +84-4 39351648. The date of cancellation will be the date on which we receive your notification of your wish to do so. Costs for cancellation are as followed:
A. Applied for Hotel Reservation only
1. Cancellation is made over 28 days prior to check - in date; there will be no charge for cancellation except the forfeiture of the deposit.
2. Cancellation is made from day 28 till 15 days prior to check - in date; one night's stay will be charged
3. Cancellation is made frowill be cm day 14 till 8 days prior to check - in date; 50% of total room nights reserved harged
4. Cancellation is made within 7 days prior to check - in date or No - show; full-length stay will be charged
B. Applied for Tour Reservation
1. Cancellation is made over 30 days before the departure date; there will be no charge for cancellation except the forfeiture of the deposit.
2. Cancellation from day 30 till 15 days before the departure date of the booking; 15% of the total sum per person will be charged.
3. Cancellation from day 14 till 7 days before the departure date; 25% of the total amount per person will be charged.
4. Cancellation within 6 days before the departure date of booking; the full amount will be charged.
PRICE FOR CHILDREN (Do not apply for air ticket):
- Child under 6 years old sharing room with two (2) adults without extra bed: Free of charge
- Child 6-under 12 years old sharing room with two (2) adults without extra bed: 50% of package cost
- Child 6-under 12 years old sharing room with two (2) adults with extra bed: 75% of package cost
- Child under 12 years old sharing room with one (1) adult: 90% of package cost
- Child 12 years old and above: 100% of adult cost.
LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
Viet Sail Travel is obliged to fulfill the programs that have been confirmed by the customers. Our responsibility is to make a wholehearted effort to ensure the service quality in each travel program. In addition to such fundamental targets, Viet Sail Travel hopes to bring to our customers exciting travel programs of experiencing the rich culture, history and customs of the nation of Vietnam.
Due to various reasons, there may be changes in the means of transportation (airline, train or other means), which would affect your trip. If such situations happen, Viet Sail Travel will try our best to rearrange the programs to suit the particular circumstances.
Viet Sail Travel is not responsible for any loss in the case of a political instability, natural disasters or wars. When necessary, Viet Travel Sail can change or stop the travel schedule for the safety of customers.
Customers must self-preserve their luggage, especially when having valuable belongings. Viet Sail Travel always try the best to guarantee customers the maximum safety of their luggage. In case you customers lose your belongings in the hotel, on the means transport, or during your free time, Viet Sail Travel will make every effort to seek the missing stuffs for you. We have no responsibility for compensating or purchasing those stuffs for customers.
Travel insurance is not included in the price of our travel program. This is the responsibility of customers to prepare before having a travel. Before the trip, you travelers should contact your insurance company for details.
TRAVEL DOCUMENT
All clients must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request Viet Sail Travel accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
SERVICE VOUCHER
Voucher will be issued by Viet Sail Travel after the booked trip is confirmed and deposit is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email/fax to passenger.
COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
During the trip, if you feel dissatisfied with any services provided by Viet Sail Travel, please immediately notify the local guide or the tour operator so that we have immediate solutions in the following days.
In case of having any complaints or claims for compensation, you must immediately notify us in writing via email within 15 days from the end of tour. If there are any faults by Viet Sail Travel, we will take the entire responsibility and compensate for you after one week.
